Up to Dunoon from Isle of Bute to do some shopping,so decided to have lunch at Benmore cafe after enjoying it so much on our last visit.And once again I must compliment the helpful and so cheerful staff.The meal was delicious,but alas no squirrels today.Maybe next time.Thanks again
Lovely warm atmosphere and excellent walks.
Awesome gardens to explore through the year. My fave time of the year to visit is end of May until mid June when the pond looks awesome with the himalayas blue poppies in bloom beside them. Wild life hide pretty much gaurentees red squirrel sightings within a very short time.
Nice little Cafe at the entrance to Benmore Gardens. Lovely home made cakes and good coffee. No dogs inside but good covered tables outside where they are welcome.
