When the tenant moved out our flat was left in a filthy state with soft furnishings so bad they had to be dumped along with furniture left behind by the tenant. When I discussed this with Lets Move, I was told cleanliness and wear and tear are subjective and was told I had picked up things they had not noted in their checkout procedure! They agreed the cost of cleaning the carpets would be covered by the deposit.I learnt from Safe Deposit Scotland 3 weeks later the deposit had been returned to the tenant, and 6 weeks after the tenant moved out despite numerous calls and emails to Lets Move office and promises of the carpets being cleaned, nothing had happened.After advising them we would certainly not be using their letting services again, my husband called into the office to pick up the key. Information regarding issues with the flat were divulged to him and the key handed out without even asking who he was!
Completely useless. We own a property in Dunoon, there has been problems with the tenant that you have upstairs from us, water coming through our ceilings dripping into our bedroom. Myself and partner have contact you several times and you come up with excuses saying people are coming out to have a look no one comes out, we have a young child in the house and scared for his health as this is becoming a regular occurrence!!

Not only the most incompetent letting agent but the most incompetent business we have ever had to deal with! A complete disgrace. This company should not be allowed to run. The entire office is filled with liars that never return phone calls, make up various stories so you never know what's going on and mislead you at every opportunity. We used them to let out our property and ended up losing almost 3,000 due to their complete incompetency, lies and downright deceit. The supposed 'manager' Steven is a complete disgrace and the most deceitful person I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This agent was so bad we are making a formal complaint against them.
