Abysmal. Stood around like an idiot for a half hour for something I was told would be 20 minutes, to be then told would be another who knows how long. Useless. The owner has terrible acne, the desk guy is new and knows nothing, the place is so cold the owner's wife was wearing a jacket in the restaurant. I put the money on the desk, and she demanded I should place it in her hand. Who works for who here. Useless, amateur, and skinflint the that won't even turn on the heat. Willie Chan must be turning in his grave. Worst Chinese in Scotland.
