Fantastic location, well kept room and friendly staff.
My family and I arrived on Friday to the pucks rest and were all disgusted by the smell and atmosphere. When we entered, we were greeted by at least 30 people in an bar who all stopped to stare at us, an alsation dog not on a lead ran over to us barking aggressively before being dragged away by it's owner. It was hugely intimidating. We quickly walked to our room which was a few stairs away from the bar. Our key was already in the door which was beside the public toilet. The room smelt awful! It smelt musky and damp and looked as if someone had sat on the bed before us. Anyone from the public could access the room from the bar. We phoned the owner to say we would not be staying, he said we would not get a refund or be put in a different room and said what did we expect for a room so cheap. We left immediately, we believed the positive reviews unfortunately, however I can assure you, they must be fictitious. His attitude was disgusting and rude. We only visited for my father in laws funeral, so this caused even more upset. Josh you are an absolute disgrace.
The room was absolutely beautiful. Stunning view. The only downside was no food, hopefully they'll start in time. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others
Had an absolute amazing weekend here. Staff were brilliant and friendly. Our room was great with a fantastic view of the sea front. Even better that we had our dog with us and she loved it as much as us. Defintly recommend here with your dog or even without. Bar was great with amazing prices. Only a short walk to town. Will defintly be back here.
Fantastic place. Lovely staff, great location, nice and tidy rooms, comfy beds! And live band at night time. We even couldn't imagine better entertainment!! Thank you!!!
