Made arrangements with caretaker to arrive earlier,which they were very accommodating,also to have the hot tub on for us,which they did, the villa is very spacious with 8 +dog staying it has all that you need to make your stay comfortable,it was clean tidy and rooms all ready for our stay,Yes there is a few mantance jobs that could be done inside and out(but all places are like that)Could do with a unit in the bathroom to put your toiletries on,it's great that it's got washing and drying machine as we all brought big towels for using the hot tub.,wo wou we stay again the answer is a YES

This 'could' be a fantastic villa. Unfortunately it is in need of a good deep clean especially out the back. No bbq facilities although said there was, decor in lounge needs serious updating, no welcome pack, no visitor book, all the tourist information dishevelled, torn and out of date. Hot tub jets not strong and had not been put on early enough so couldn't use on first night although paid for. We had to clean worktops and kitchen sink before use. To add insult to disappointment 40 pounds kept off our damage deposit because "cleaner" said they had to do extra cleaning after we left!!! We had unfortunately left 3 disposable bbqs out the back? We left the house cleaner than we found it. Save your money this house at the moment is not a "luxury villa.
It was a fantastic holiday resort I wold definitely recommend grate waterfall out the back steps are very slippery when wet
